How do I apply for a Special Use Permit or Variance?

There are many types and reasons for a Special Use Permit or Variance. Questions can be answered by either the Town Clerk’s Office or the Building Inspector. Appropriate applications can be obtained from the Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer.
