NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Zoning Chapter 165-9 (Minor Subdivisions) of the Town of Porter Planning Board of the Town of Porter, 3265 Creek Road, Youngstown, New York (716-745-3730) on Thursday, February 2, 2023, for the purpose of considering and hearing all interested persons concerning the following: 

7:05 p.m.: APPLICATION OF G.E. (JIPP) ORTIZ, 2660 Lockport Road, Ransomville; Tax Map 62.04-1-16 for a Minor Subdivision.

7:20 p.m.: APPLICATION OF PAM AND HERB LEDERHOUSE and ERIC BLOOM/ CONTRACTED PURCHASER, vacant land on Porter Center Road; Tax Map  33-00-1-14.11 for a Minor Subdivision.

Survey and Legal Description for the above application(s) are available for viewing at the Town Hall Building Inspector’s office during normal business hours.
