NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Zoning Chapter 165-9 (Minor Subdivisions) of the Town of Porter Planning Board of the Town of Porter, 3265 Creek Road, Youngstown, New York (716-745-3730) on Thursday, January 4, 2024, for the purpose of considering and hearing all interested persons concerning the following:  

7:05 p.m.: James Ibaugh Jr. and Phila Ibaugh Family Trust, vacant parcel abutting Dickersonville Road (parcel to the east) and Lockport Road (parcel to the north), Ransomville; Tax Map 61.00-1-6.11 for a Minor Subdivision. 

7:15 p.m.: Kristin and Todd Savard,  property at the end of Lynbrook Drive and Brentwood Drive, Youngstown; Tax Map 59.19-1-1 through 59.19-1-21 and 59-00-1-22 for a Minor Subdivision/Subdivision Consolidation.

Survey and Legal Description for the above application(s) are available for viewing at the Town Hall Building Inspector’s office during normal business hours.
