NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Zoning Chapter 200-106 (Site Plan Review) and Subdivision of Land Chapter 165-9 (Minor Subdivisions) of the Town of Porter Planning Board of the Town of Porter, 3265 Creek Road, Youngstown, New York (716-745-3730) on Thursday, July 11, 2019 for the purpose of considering and hearing all interested persons concerning the following:  

7:05 p.m.: APPLCIATION OF AARON BRADLEY, 3046 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, Tax Map ID 48.00-1-12.22 for a Site Plan for a Special Use Permit – Trucking. 

7:20 p.m.: APPLICATION OF 3881 RIVER ROAD LLC (Care of Chris Guard), 3881 River Road, Youngstown, Tax Map ID 59.00-1-13.1 for Minor Subdivision involving an approximately 76.32 acre parcel to be conveyed to Ducks Unlimited, Inc.

Site Plan, Survey and Legal Description for the above applications are available for viewing at the Town Hall Building Inspector’s office during normal business hours.
