NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Zoning Chapters 165-9 (Minor Subdivisions) and 200-106 (Site Plan Review) of the Town of Porter Planning Board of the Town of Porter, 3265 Creek Road, Youngstown, New York (716-745-3730) on Thursday, June 3, 2021 for the purpose of considering and hearing all interested persons concerning the following: 

7:05 p.m.: APPLICATION OF DAVID CARPINO/DENISE BLANKENSHIP, 1451 and 1453 Sunrise Lane, Youngstown; Tax Map 32.16-1-2 and 32.16-1-3 for Minor Subdivision.

7:20 p.m.: APPLICATION OF Alexandra Withford, 1650 Braley Road, Youngstown; Tax Map ID 47.00-1-32.11 for a Dog Kennel/Shelter.

Survey and Legal Description (for the above Subdivision) and Sketch Plan (for the above application) are available for viewing at the Town Hall Building Inspector’s office during normal business hours.
